a happy accident.

there are times while experimenting with new fabrics and dye processes, the finished product doesn’t work out as we had hoped — but we’re never going to throw out a piece that can be saved and turned into something beautiful.

we took our tried and true chore coat and overdyed it into a rich new slate hue. as we’ve worn it in, the color has transformed, revealing warmer tones within the fabric beneath it — a result we could’ve never achieved without that first mistake.

each jacket is patterned, cut, and sewn in the USA from a 10oz, 100% cotton canvas.
